Ingredients:
• 2 cups Hot Water
• 3 tbsp fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina)
• 5-6 Ice Cubes (optional)

1. In a large bowl or jug, add the fresh mint leaves to 2 cups of boiling hot water. Cover the jug/bowl & let the mint flavour infuse for about 45 minutes – 1 hour.

2. Once the water has soaked into all the minty goodness, place the jug/bowl in the refrigerator & let it chill for at least 1 hour. Make sure you leave the mint leaves in there, so that the minty flavour just gets stronger & stronger:)

3. When you’re feeling thirsty, pour yourself a delicious glass of Mint Water & feel free to add some ice cubes for some extra chilled goodness:) And voila! Your Chilled Mint Infused Water is ready:) You can make a whole jug of Chilled Mint Water & store it in your fridge, so that you can keep sipping on it, all day long:) Stay cool everyone:)

Notes:
*Feel free to add other ingredients to the water (cucumber, lime, fruits, etc.). However, I just prefer my glass of water to be clean, simple & fresh:)
