    If I can’t stomach a runny egg yolk, would it be okay to scramble the egg before adding it to the pan?

    I had wanted to try shakshuka ever since I saw it featured on the menu of a Middle Eastern breakfast restaurant. I never thought my first try would be with shakshuka I had cooked myself! When I saw it being part of the 31 day vegetarian challenge, I jumped at the chance. It was much easier to make than expected!4 stars
