  • Fill half of the warm water In a wide bowl so that the cauliflower can be immersed in water
  • Add turmeric and salt.
  • Blanch the whole cauliflower by trimming the harder stems for 10 minutes and turn it and keep for 5 more minutes.
  • On a lined baking sheet pour 1 cup of makhani sauce on both the sides
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the sauce becomes dry. Turn it around after 20 minutes in the middle.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of more makhani sauce and chopped cilantro on top before serving
