Oatmeal snack bar

The oatmeal snack bar is a healthy breakfast or snack bar. These bars are raw and there is no cooking or baking required. The oatmeal is the main ingredient you can always add more nuts or seeds to it. The binding agent used here is almond butter.

For sweetener, I have used maple syrup, alternatively, you can use agave nectar or dates syrup. No oil is added. If you want to skip sweetener add more almond butter since I have used liquid sweetener.

Your nut butter would have become too dry or the nut butter is not sufficient. Use as per the recipe instruction. Splash some warm water if not holding.

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
