Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Onion diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup Light Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Skimmed milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, tomatoes, onions and spinach.

  • Add shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Then whisk again.

  • Add into silicon muffin mold.

  • Place the silicon molds in the air fryer's basket.

  • Bake at 180°C, for around 10minutes until golden and cooked through.
