Here we go again! It’s another Starbucks copycat for all of you to enjoy. If you follow my blog even a little, you know I’m a huge fan of Starbucks. You also know I’m a huge fan of pumpkin spice, so I decided to make my own homemade version of their delicious pumpkin cream cold brew drink. It’s just as rich and creamy as the original, but it’s so much cheaper to make and only uses fresh ingredients. I love to serve this to family and friends during the holidays or simply make one for myself as an afternoon pick-me-up. I can do that any time I like because it only takes a few minutes to make!

Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

This easy Starbucks copycat cold brew starts with cold brewed coffee. Or, you can use brewed and cooled strong coffee or espresso that’s been chilled. Then, combined with milk (your choice), vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and vanilla syrup if using.  Mixed all together and poured over ice. After that, I pour in the cream and let it sit on top of the coffee for a nice look that’s just like the original. That’s it! The entire process only takes about 7 minutes, and when I’m all done, I have a beautiful, delicious iced coffee that has the flavors of fall in every sip year round.
