The BEST Snacks To Eat Any Time

These are some of my go to snack recipes that I thoroughly enjoy which are easy to make and delicious to eat.

I live for snacks. But I think they can go really good or really bad deepening on how much we add to them. I always think less is more when it comes to snacks. They have to be easy to make and delicious to eat. it must be comforting and look pretty as well, since we eat with our eyes first. Having said this I am a sucker for a delicious fruit salad or even the cowboy caviar and a packet of crackers – yes that is healthyish but who said snacks couldn’t be delicious and healthy?

There are types of snacks though, I think there are those that need you to dip in with your hands like my no bake carrot cake bites or the homemade falafel however there are those snacks that would be easier with cutlery but tougher to enjoy in front of the tv without discomfort like my hummus 3 ways or the roasted granola pear. Speaking of granola my almond pulp granola clusters are bomb. These banana fritters are a little guilty pleasure but so worth it!

If you want a snack on repeat I recommend making my healthy banana muffins, freeze them and when ready to eat, warm them in the microwave until soft and fluffy, they are dangerously good. But if salty is your way to go then my bakery style chicken puffs are the only snack you will need. Okay, I got to be real, some of these snacks can double up as appetizers or main course (depending on how you serve it), hey, ever got hungry for a snack and it turned into a meal type of hunger? Nope? Just me? Okay…
